Basic function

◆Manually put the clothing into the first section of the left inlet belt, and organize the clothing, hang tags, etc. (The feeding belt part is completed)

◆Press the start button, the equipment starts automatically, and the clothing automatically flows from the inlet belt to the left and right of the clothing. (The scrubbing board mechanism is completed)

◆Front and rear longitudinal folding, folding length and method, customers can adjust by themselves (front and rear longitudinal flap mechanism is completed)

◆After (rubbing) folding, the clothing is sent to the third section of the belt for single-piece hot pressing. (Hot pressing mechanism is completed)

◆After the hot pressing station is completed, the clothing is sent to the fourth section for 1 to 10 pieces of stacking. (Stacking mechanism is completed)

◆After stacking, the clothing is sent to the fifth section of the belt, and the certificate of conformity is placed on the upper surface of the clothing. (The certificate of conformity pick-up and place mechanism is completed)

◆The clothing is sent to the sixth section of the belt for bagging. After bagging, the discharging belt sends the finished product to the claw withdrawal station. (Bagging mechanism and claw withdrawal mechanism are completed)

◆The claw withdrawal conveyor belt sends the clothing to the vacuum sealing station, and the vacuum sealing starts working. (Vacuuming and heat sealing mechanisms completed)

◆ Finished products flow into boxes. (Vacuuming and sealing station belt line completed)
