The bagging machine’s bag mouths are always off—some products stick out halfway, others have wrinkled mouths. Packaged stuff looks all messy, and customers aren’t happy. No need to worry—two simple tricks fix it.
First, wipe the machine’s lens with a lint-free cloth. Dust on the lens messes up positioning, making bag mouths off-center. Then, use the machine’s control panel to adjust the aligner—move it slowly until the bag mouth lines up with the product’s center. Wipe the lens and calibrate regularly to keep it accurate.
