The bagging machine’s conveyor is all slow and jerky—products take forever to get to where they need to be. What should be a fast job drags on and on, killing efficiency! Most people don’t know why, but it’s just a belt issue.
First, find the tension wheel on the machine. Turn the adjustment bolt clockwise to tighten the belt—no more slipping or jerking. If the belt has cracks or is really worn, replace it with the same size. You can find them online easily, and you can install it yourself. Check the belt every three months and replace it if needed.
