Boxes Keep Falling Off the Conveyor? 3 Quick Adjustments for Smooth Transport

The carton folder’s conveyor keeps dropping boxes—freshly folded boxes tumble everywhere, and you’re bending over nonstop to pick them up. Tiring and totally inefficient! Most people think the machine is broken, but it’s just a few small adjustments away from working perfectly.
First, make sure the box size fits the machine. Shoving boxes that are too big or too small will always make them fall. Then, loosen the bolts holding the push cylinder, slide it back or forward a bit, so it pushes boxes without hitting the corners—nice and snug. Finally, wipe down the conveyor belt—dust on it makes boxes slip and fall.
