Carton Folder Cylinder Suddenly Stops? 3-Minute Fix—No Need to Wait for Service

You’re rushing to meet an order, and the carton folder’s folding cylinder just stops cold. The whole production line grinds to a halt, and waiting for service feels like forever—so frustrating! It’s not a big problem, though—you can fix it yourself in 3 minutes.
First, turn off the machine. Find the small magnetic ring on the cylinder, and slide it gently until the indicator light on the cylinder turns on. Don’t force or take apart parts—you might break something. If it still doesn’t work, check the air tubes for leaks. Tighten any loose connections, and you’re good to go.
