When production is in full swing, the carton folder suddenly jams. Cartons pile up inside, and the more anxious you get, the messier it gets—total progress killer! The truth is, you’re missing a few key steps. Fix these, and the problem disappears right away.
First, check if the carton size matches the folder. Shoving in boxes that are too big or too small is a guaranteed jam.
Next, look at the air pressure gauge on the folder. Setting it to 0.6-0.8 Mpa is just right—too little pressure, and the cartons won’t feed forward.
Finally, wipe the conveyor belt and drive wheels with a soft cloth. Dust or grime on them will make cartons stick.
