You’re in the middle of production, and the carton folder just won’t pick up boxes—grabs one, drops it, grabs another, drops it. Boxes are piling up, and you’re falling behind fast! No need to call a repair guy—two super simple tricks, and even beginners can fix it in minutes.
First, check the suction cups and air filter on the machine. If they’re dusty or worn out (all stiff and not bouncy anymore), they can’t hold onto boxes. Take them off, blow them clean with compressed air, or swap in new ones—you can find compatible ones online easily. Then, look at the pressure gauge: set it to 0.6-0.8Mpa. Too little pressure, and the suction cups don’t have enough oomph to lift boxes.
