The folder’s cross-folding section gets clogged with fabric—you can’t pull it out, and you might break the machine if you try too hard. So annoying—your whole production rhythm gets messed up. But cleaning it is easy.
First, turn off the power. Carefully pull the clogged fabric out—don’t yank it, or you’ll bend the parts. Then, follow the manual to reset the machine manually. Check the folding blades and conveyor to make sure they’re okay. Clean the machine’s inside regularly to keep fabric fibers from piling up—fewer clogs that way.
