Is Your Folding Machine Getting Messier? 3 Easy Tips for Neat Clothes Even for Beginners!
Alyssa/ October 25, 2025 Return
Do you feel your folding machine doesn’t work well anymore, leaving clothes with lopsided collars or uneven cuffs? That’s because you haven’t paid attention to these small details. Follow 3 simple steps to make your folding machine work like new.
First, check the drive shaft screws. Screws loosen over time, causing folding errors. Use a wrench to tighten each screw on the side and bottom of the machine. Don’t apply too much force to avoid stripping the screws.
Next, check the conveyor belt. Adjust the control knob if the belt’s tightness is uneven. Replace the entire belt set if it looks worn out, so clothes won’t shift during feeding.
Finally, adjust the folding settings. Select the fabric type on the control panel—choose “Thin” for light shirts and “Thick” for jeans. Fine-tune the folding advance a bit, and test-fold 2-3 pieces to find the right setting.
Aren’t these methods super easy? What other folding messes have you encountered with your machine? Leave a comment, and I’ll help you fix it!
