The cartoner’s hopper jams and stops every few minutes—you start it up, it runs for a sec, then stops again. So annoying and time-wasting! Most people don’t know how to fix this, but it’s super simple.

First, take all the boxes out of the hopper, stack them neatly, and put them back. Adjust the side baffles so boxes aren’t squished or crooked. Then, wipe the sensor with a clean cloth—dust on it makes the machine false-alarm and stop. Also, use boxes of the same size—mixing different sizes causes jams.
