Folded boxes with lopsided corners look messy and make packing products a hassle—isn’t that annoying when using a carton folder? Here’s how to get crisp, straight corners, and it’s super easy.
First, choose the right carton material. Avoid paper that’s too stiff or too flimsy— the folder can’t handle the pressure evenly.
Then, open the folder and adjust the mold. Center the carton so the mold aligns with its middle, and set the right distance.
If the folder is running too fast, that causes crooked folds too. Slow it down a bit to find the sweet spot.
